# CRM and support integrations

> Connect HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, Calendly and more so Hive can flag stalled deals, answer pipeline questions and prepare replies for approval.

Customer-facing tools hold the work that quietly slips: a deal stuck in a stage, a ticket
nobody picked up, a renewal nobody prepared. Connect them and Hive watches, answers questions
and prepares the follow-up for you to approve.

<Note>
  Every action is prepared by Hive and **waits for human approval**. Deletions are permanent in
  the provider — Hive flags them as irreversible.
</Note>

## HubSpot

**Connect:** OAuth.

**Hive reads:** deals (including search), deal owners and contacts, contacts, companies,
tickets, properties and property groups, and pipelines.

**Actions with approval:** update a deal's stage or details; create or archive a deal; create,
update or archive contacts and companies; create a note; create or archive a property; create a
property group; create or archive a pipeline; add a pipeline stage.

**Signals:** **Deal lifecycle** (pilot, off by default). When it is enabled for your workspace,
Hive watches deals in your **default pipeline** — created date, stage and last update — and
raises a signal when a deal stalls. Deals in custom pipelines are not watched by this signal yet.

## Salesforce

**Connect:** OAuth.

**Hive reads:** SOQL and SOSL queries, record detail, field metadata and the current user.

**Actions with approval:** create, update or delete (permanent) contacts, opportunities and
tasks.

<Warning>
  Salesforce actions are currently configured for Salesforce **sandbox** orgs. Confirm with Hive
  support before connecting a production org.
</Warning>

## Zendesk

**Connect:** OAuth.

**Hive reads:** ticket search, recent tickets, ticket detail, agents and groups.

**Actions with approval:** create a ticket, add a comment, assign, update status, add tags,
delete a ticket (permanent).

The built-in **Ticket Triage** workflow template reads new Zendesk tickets every hour, tags each
with its urgency and alerts your team to anything urgent. See
[Workflow templates](/workflows/templates).

## Intercom

**Connect:** OAuth.

**Hive reads:** conversation search and detail, admins, teams and contacts. Hive's Intercom
source tracks open conversations — created, priority, state and last update.

**Actions with approval:** reply to, assign, close or reopen a conversation.

## Calendly

**Connect:** OAuth.

**Hive reads:** your user, event types and scheduled events.

**Actions with approval:** cancel an event; create a single-use scheduling link.

## Connect-only providers

You can connect these today, but Hive does not yet read from them or act in them:

* **Shopify** (commerce)
* **Mailchimp** (email marketing)
* **LinkedIn Ads** (paid)
* **Greenhouse** (recruiting)

## Proposal and CRM events from other tools

If your CRM or proposal tool is not listed, send its events to Hive through an
[incoming webhook](/integrations/incoming-webhooks). Hive understands `proposal.created`,
`proposal.won` and `client.created` natively.

## Ideas

* "Which HubSpot deals over £20,000 have not moved stage in three weeks?"
* The **Renewal Scout** workflow template finds upcoming renewals in HubSpot every Monday and
  drafts a renewal note for each.
* Ask Hive to summarise every open Intercom conversation with a customer before a call.
