Most questions are answered fastest inside Hive or by your own workspace admins. When you need us, your Hive account team is the route for product questions, billing and security reports alike.

1. Look it up

Search these docs

Use the search bar at the top of any page, or ask the docs assistant.

Glossary

What each term on screen means.
Inside Hive, the workspace menu’s Learn more link opens these docs, and the workflow builder’s Help button links to the builder guides.

2. Ask your workspace admins

Owners and Admins can fix most access problems themselves:
  • roles, invites and departments — Settings → Members;
  • enabling a connector for members — Integrations;
  • plan, seats, credits and invoices — Settings → Billing;
  • models available to the workspace — Settings → Models;
  • the kill switch and autonomy — Settings → Governance.
See Team and workspace.

3. Contact your Hive account team

For anything your admins cannot resolve — a bug, a billing question, a connector that will not stay connected, or a change to your plan — contact your Hive account team, or reach us through get-hive.ai. Include enough for us to reproduce it without asking again:
  • your workspace name and your role;
  • the screen, the exact message and when it happened;
  • a link to the signal, workflow, run, conversation or Audit receipt involved;
  • what you expected, and what happened instead.
Never send passwords, access tokens, webhook signing secrets, model keys or customer data. We will never ask you for them.

Report a security issue

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Hive, report it privately to your Hive account team or through get-hive.ai, marked as a security report. Please:
  • describe the issue and how to reproduce it;
  • avoid accessing, changing or keeping data that is not yours;
  • give us reasonable time to fix it before sharing it publicly.
If you think a connected account has been compromised, an Owner or Admin can engage the Kill switch straight away to halt every autonomous action and approval while you investigate — see Safety and control — and disconnect the account from Integrations.
