Hive is an AI operations layer for your whole business. It connects to the tools you already run — accounting, CRM, email, calendars, support desks, files — watches what is slipping, explains what it found, and proposes a clear next step. Your team decides what happens. Hive earns more freedom only after it has a safe track record. There is nothing to migrate. Hive reads your systems where they are, starts read-only, and every action it takes leaves a receipt.

Key concepts

Signals, approvals, blast radius, the autonomy ladder and the Business Brain.

Who Hive is for

Hive is built for small and mid-sized teams that run on a handful of SaaS tools and never have enough hands: founders, finance and operations leads, client-service teams at accounting and professional-services firms, sales and customer-success teams. Work in Hive is organised by department — Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, People, IT & Security — with a whole-business view for leadership. If your team spends its week chasing invoices, answering “where are we with…?”, copying data between tools or noticing a problem a week too late, Hive is for you.

How Hive works

1

Connect your tools

Connect accounting, CRM, email, calendars, support and file tools over OAuth or MCP. New connections start on Read: Hive can search and summarise, and nothing leaves Hive. See Connect an app.
2

Ask and review what Hive catches

Ask questions across every connected system from the home screen, with cited answers. On Signals, Hive raises risks and opportunities — an overdue invoice, a deal that has gone quiet, a client email still waiting on a reply — each with evidence, why it matters and a proposed next step. See Signals.
3

Approve, then automate

Actions are typed proposals that pass a deterministic policy check. Your team approves them with one click, and repeated, safe approvals can be turned into automations that still run inside hard limits. See Review and approve.
4

Build workflows and agents

When a process repeats, turn it into a workflow or a specialised agent grounded in your Business Brain and held by your rules.

What you can do with Hive

Ask Hive

Cited answers across your tools, files, the Brain and the web. Create documents, decks, spreadsheets, charts and images.

Signals

An attention centre that finds what is slipping and explains why it matters.

Approvals and autonomy

Role-gated approvals, blast-radius tiers and an autonomy ladder you control.

Business Brain

One shared memory of your business, with the source and trust level of every fact.

Workflows

Describe a process in plain English, then test and deploy it as a versioned workflow.

Agent Studio

Specialised agents you configure for a job, with evals, schedules and governance.

Trust is part of the product

Hive is designed on one principle: the model proposes; a deterministic engine disposes.
  • Read-first connections. Every connected account starts on Read. An admin chooses when an account may draft or act.
  • Evidence on every signal and action. You see the source, the reasoning, the confidence and the predicted blast radius before anything runs.
  • Role-gated approvals. Higher-risk actions route to people with the authority to approve them.
  • Receipts and undo. Every action is written to the audit log; reversible actions can be undone.
  • A kill switch. Owners and admins can halt every autonomous action and approval company-wide in one click. See Safety and control.
  • Tenant isolation. Each workspace’s data is separated by row-level security in the database, and connector credentials are encrypted per workspace. See the security overview.
Hive’s integration catalogue is growing. What you see on the Integrations screen depends on what is enabled for your workspace — see the integrations catalog.
